American Charged with Child abuse…Truth or Fiction?

A while back I posted a link to an article about an American, Michael David Vogt, being arrested for child abuse. It seems, as I look at the comments, this is a hot subject with some.
There’s two camps in this issue.
- He’s guilty andhe should be hung from his testicles!
- He’s innocent, the Philippine government is corrupt and he’s being framed.
Both camps claim or sound like they have intimate knowledge of this case and the man involved.
I want to hear your opinion after reading the story. If you have evidence for or against this man contact me here and tell me what you know…

I am curious of THRISTE’s credentials as a private investigator. Seems I have read about a few others from Cebu claiming to be investigators.
I live part time near Tacloban, and although I never knew or met this Mr. Vogt (not that I would want to)his story rings all too true of the perverts that seem to flock to the Philippines.
If this Mr. Vogt is innocent, I would think that THRISTE would be more than happy to show proof to that effect.
It seems the other commenters that claim to know him, paint him in a whole different light, and one that seems pretty believable. These scum that come to the Philippines, love to brag about their “dirty little secret”. Some even are bold enough to create websites that they detail their every “conquest”.
We all know money talks in the Philippines, but where there is smoke, there is usually fire.
If I was a betting man, I would place my money on Mr. Vogt being GUILTY. He is lucky not rotting away in some Philippine jail cell. Too bad he was not intercepted returning back to the USA (if he did attempt to return) by ICE, and charged with the crime.
So, THRISTE, if you can back up your claim that Mr. Vogt is innocent, I am all ears. Also please fill us in on your credentials as an investigator.
BTW: Google can reveal quite a bit about an individual, and their background.
