Philippine Hospital Scam - Exposed As A Hoax!

Just a few days ago I came across a blog that has disturbed me so much I don’t really know what to say other than it’s pure evil. Evil on the part of the blogger not his victims.
The words I want to use are simply too strong for the Internet and my readers. I’ll do my best.
The hospitalscams.blogspot.com site attempts to weave a story of a group of people that have “targeted” him, as he puts it, for a grand scheme of deception and larceny.
The only problem is he’s only managed to show only
- His deception
- His larceny,
- His dark evil heart.
All of this drama is the work of a deceptive,evil, mentally ill man from Britain who decides that deceiving a woman half way around the world is easier than deceiving his wife. Which he does very easily, and well, I must admit.
Let me clarify myself…
- All of this drama is his work only!
- All of this drama is in his mind only!
- The only evidence is simply in his weak, mentally impaired mind and nowhere else.
Yet he’s managed to get the attention of the Internet with over 100 sites,blogs, and videos that serve only to rape emotionally and psychologically a young Filipina woman whose only crime was to love him.
This vicious and abusive attack on the very soul of this Filipina gives us a shocking and somewhat frightening inside look into the mind of a man who’s only purpose for visiting her was to take advantage of her sexually and then walk away from the consequences of his actions.
After all…he can go back to his country and she can’t touch him! Right?
Once they decide to make love they decided to call it “baby making” of course he didn’t mind…he never planned on being the responsible man she thought he was. What amazed me so was his surprise when she comes up pregnant!
As soon as he heard the news he began his attack
- on her
- Her friends
- Her employer
- The hospital
- And a beloved Filipina entertainer.
Ultimately he’s accused everyone and anyone, who doesn’t agree with him, of being “involved in the scam” along with the entire Filipino nation.
All of this to shirk his responsibility as a man.
With so much darkness in his heart he still manages to speak of god and other spiritual principles. The duality of his writings only shine light on the narcissistic, self centered, grandiose image that he had of himself. He actually referred to himself as “the golden goose”!
If that’s not a sign of an over blown self image I don’t know what is. Maybe it’s overcompensation for some phallic short comings.
There’s so much to write about in this saga and there’s no way I can point out, in one post, all of the crap he’s heaped upon this young lady.
But I will do the best I can.
I hope this will help bring some justice, and peace in her heart, through a more objective view and dissection of this dark, cruel campaign of slander, libel, mental abuse,financial abuse, and sexual exploitation.

I think you might be getting a little hard on a guy with some mental issues. I’m not sure that guy is dealing with a full deck. But then again, since the supposed scam was only in his own mind, and the amount of damage he tried to cause and did cause, well he probably deserves every bit of bile thrown his way.

The conclusion that I came to is simply this…
If he can put plan, write, and organize so many sites then he can defend himself.
And defending himself is certainly something he’s capable of doing too…just read the comment below your’s that’s him…and obviously his angry.

I gave this gentleman the opportunity to give me conclusive solid evidence of a scam and he refused to.
Mad hatter you were fairly warned that I would write about this with or without you…
Why didn’t you give the proof I needed and I would’ve been more than happy to have written a different story…

I’ve just come across this and it seems to me like some of you actually know each other or at least Mad Hatter knows of the guy who was involved in this. Since he is defending himself, and is telling his side of the story, why not tell hers? I have to say I am feeling for this man, like he was genuinely in love and I am unsure of what the situation was with his wife but he is obviously not a RICH man and if wanted a whore I am sure they have those in Britain. So what were his intentions if not of love? This is like a soap opera to me, some tangled love story I would like to better understand. What has happened to the girl? What does she think? How does she feel?
Thankfully, Timmyboy is in the minority of foreigners visiting the ladies of the Philippines. I would think he would want to show the undeniable proof that he was scammed, yet he never does. How is the reader to believe his one-sided, self-serving wild imagination story? Its all fluff and NO substance to back up any of his accusations. If all the people he claims are scammers, where are the other victims? His story has too many holes in it to be believable, and it appears from comments on quite a few other sites, that no one else thinks he has been scammed. He has repeatedly been asked to provide the proof that he claims he has, only to make excuses why he cant. Timmyboy, you have ruined quite a few lives with your story, come clean and tell the truth for once.
OK - here is the concrete proof that you are all asking for.
1) Because the girl whispered in my ear one night “I’m scamming you Timmyboy.”
2) In small print at the bottom of the bill, if you look closely, read the words - Prepared by Paranaque Medical Center in accordance with latest scamming protocol.
3) Because the girl wrote in the text window while revealing the scar - I’m just going to smudge it with my thumb - make sure you capture that part.
4) Because all the people shouting for proof know perfectly well that scammers don’t leave obvious proof - because they are scammers themselves. They are just putting up a smokescreen.

Timmy, you are your own worse enemy. Do you think that any of us would support a scammer? We hate them as much as you do. But before I go off half-cocked and call someone a scammer, I would have concrete proof. Come on Timmy, every crime leaves evidence. These so called scammers of yours appear as amateurs, so evidence should be easy to produce. Any rational person can see from your blog that you presented nothing to back up your claim. You ask questions that have NO answer, at least to your satisfaction. We keep asking you to provide the video of the scar, the one that is clear and shows details. You are the one that keeps saying you have definite proof, then please share it, or shut up! You keep asking for us to show you proof, don’t you think you should be the one showing. Thanks so much for all the entertainment value but the one other person who should/could be defending themselves would be Mayen. Maybe she has had enough or maybe it is as Mad Hatter says. Sorry, you’re both full of crap. Hearts get broken all the time. People get scammed all the time. People sometimes get caught, mostly not. The thing about all of this is that IT ACCOMPLISHES NOTHING. If I saw a video, it wouldn’t sway me. Not now. What I can tell (I mean no offense to Filipino’s), is that the people that were involved in this, be in honwsty or not, they weren’t very professional or accurate in answering Mad Hatters questions. Maybe it is only the UK and US that bisiness are overly professional in their correspondance-especially when it comes to collecting money.
When all emotions are removed and you are outside the box and looking in, it doesn’t look good. So many ifs. From a business perspective, the heavy presence of Tierra Maria Estates throught this whole charade really only serves their purpose. Their name is out! Look at the beautiful property and that beautiful woman endorsing it! All supposed scamming forgotten. Reputation merely tarnished a wee bit on a space you can’t see unless you look REALLY closely. Then it’s forgotten.

As for Mr. Cumper Aka Mad Hatter Aka poor excuse for a victim I agree with you he is the scam!
He managed to use this young lady all the time leading her to beleive he was something he wasn’t.

It makes no sense for a man who isn’t wealthy to spend as much time AND MONEY to go find someone in the Philipines to have sex with. It’s not like they don’t have Filipinas in the UK if that’s his fancy. It’s not like there’s a lack of women there either. It’s not like forced sex on Mayen either, she was as much a part of this as he was. I don’t know about other women but this woman doesn’t ask men for money no matter what the situation is. EVER. I pay my own way, I make my own decisions and am responsible for my actions. I don’t hold other people accountable for the things I make bad decisions about. If I was inviting a guy to my country and convincing him I was in love with him and maybe hinting at love making or baby making or whatever it is you want to refer to it as fornicating, I would be prepared for the consequences. There is fault here, for sure. It lies on both sides. She wasn’t innocent either.

I can assure you that Lloyd is NOT Sir Francis.
I’ve known him for a while now and he’s got more experience as a foreinger in the Philippines than Timmyboy has on the tip of his finger.
He’s seen both the good and bad of the Philippines and he and I both concur that the only scam was what he pulled on her!
There’s no hard or soft evidence of the typical or extraordinary “honey ko” scam here. If he hadn’t accused her and everyone else in the world of being a scammer or part of the plot. This blog would’ve been boring at best. Or great fodder for the hopeless romantics.
He certainly did’t prove anything by writing all over the internet about his paranoia and the abuse he put on her. Did he.
As for Mayen..well she made her decisions that put her in this predictament. Were they decietful? I don’t think so. She slept with him coz she, more than likely, thought he loved her. After all he did fly thousands of miles to see her.
Her only fault was falling in love with him, sleeping with him out of that love, and trusting him when he told her he would pay the bill for her life threatening ectopic pregnancy.
Who scammed who? He told her he would do the right thing…he didn’t.
He told her he loved her..it’s plain to see..he didn’t. Love wouldn’t do that to someone.
He told the whole world,through his blogs he loved her…then accused her of being a prostitute for the “cause”.Not to mention his constant accusations that she’s a scammer.

Just to point out a little inconsistency in what a scammer would do or wouldn’t, what scammer would be having unprotected sex, risking pregnancy, disease, etc, with her victim? Maybe protected sex, but she’s certainly not going to risk pregnancy with the person she intends to just scam for his money.
Tim gives nothing but his opinions but demands people accept them as facts. He asks for documentation on the other end, that even a first world hospital would never give him, and then claims it as proof when it is slow to come. He uses their imperfect command of english as a second langauage as proof they are scamming him.
Now Mayen was giving him subliminal messages, telling him she was scamming him the whole time? Tim I think you forgot to take your meds!
And this constant demand that others prove he was not being scammed, while he himself fails to ever show one even single piece of the proof he claims to have. Next thing you know Tim is going to say he has proof because he ran Mayen’s emails through his super secret decoder ring and everything she wrote decoded as “I’m scamming you”.

In your own blog you identified the potential problems with your own perceptions of the issues. You failed to act upon your own clear statements of your difficulty.
No one to blame but … is it possible you could take action now? You are not dealing with an efficient modern system (Sir Francis told you), and ask yourself just this: If things were without any trace of scam, COULD these things that ARE still be just the same, as they are? Yes, and the proposition of innocence is readily made.
You have failed to comprehend that the communications and actions of others are their responses to their own perceptions of current needs, not to yours!

Is it possible for the innocent people that were dragged into this “scam” to file for libel? Just curious. Chin-Chin Gutierrez and the doctors of MCP have been blatantly accused.
It’s possible…YES.
But since he’s already stated that he won’t be going back to the Philippines. It’s not likely he’ll ever have to answer for his irresponsibility.
I’m sure the accused, all of them,know they have options other than suit for libel.
Either way he’s in a world of crap and it’s his own words that have put him there.

@ Siopao Master - I’m not sure what IRL is but it sounds ominous…LOL. The internet is definitely NOT a security blanket as he may have thought. His first mistake was to believe that his second mistake was to follow through with this campaign to destroy Mayens reputation.
The real estate firm,hospital,Chin-Chin Guiterrez can all afford to fight this sort of slander. Mayen on the other hand had to sell her families property to pay the hospital bill.
And yet Timmyboy aka Mad Hatter claims HE was the one hurt in this matter.

Timmy has reached netkook status now. I doubt he’ll go away for long.
Someone who just to such extremes with his hundreds of postings and blogs on every site out there, is bound to come back.
His feelings is his only evidence.
He’s been scamming so many people, that he feels everyone is scamming him.
Any one pointing out holes is in on the scam.
Even his own embassy told him he got it wrong, I guess the British government is in on it to.
Wow they must have about 200 people all looking to get part of that few hundred bucks they were trying to scam him for.
As to taking him to court for slander or libel, the guy has nothing. Sure they could file in a UK court. But why spend the time and money to get nothing?
Timmy claims case closed because he failed to show even on piece of evidence and people are calling him on it. He even went to saying she was passing secret messages to him about scamming him. Guess he forgot to take his meds that day.

Am so glad that this subject made it to your blog. I really believe in justice and I hope that all the victims involved in this malaise get the vindication they deserve.
I met my Asawa online and let me tell you marrying her was the best gift of my life. My heart goes out to all those women who have suffered at the hands of men like the mad hatter. there are many women from the Phils who are suffering in quiet pain because of men like him.
I would like to thank Tim for posting his Scam Blog online, for it is a poster for the true Western male scammer. And a great learning tool for those Pinays out there to really take the time to find out the intentions of their western bf.

This mad hatter/tim cumper is beginning to disturb me. First he cheats on his wife and got a poor girl pregnant miles away. Second he refused to support this poor girl and instead abused her by accusing her being involved in a scam. Now, he throws up tantrums when he fails to back up his claims. I read his blogs at other sites. Yes, he is demented alright. He tells tales of fantastic stories, that people conspired to take a measly Php100,000 from him, almost accusing everyone who do not agree with him as part of an organized scam, even their embassy. Yet he based all this on his extreme paranoia. He can’t produce one solid evidence to back up his claims. I almost fell sorry for this guy because people who read his blogs are seeing him as a nutcase.

In a nutshell you’ve summed him up pretty well. I find it interesting that folks who’ve never read or heard of him before this charade are now being accused of being involved with the “scam”.
He has no sense of reasoning at all and I’m beginning to wonder if he’s any kind of musician at all! It seems he has more time for blogging than he does for music.
Maybe if someone heckles him in a bar they are labeled “Scammer” too.
I don’t think Mayen got enough money from him obviously it wasn’t because if he’d really been scammed, I mean a substantial amount of money, he would’ve kept his mouth shut!
I wonder what Mrs.Cumper has to say about all of this. Maybe this is his atonement for Adultery.

I wasted time — precious, precious hours, that is — reading this mentally ill man’s blog last night. I can only say that he’s extremely paranoid, delusional, and…evil.
His intentions for Mayen were not pure at all. Poor girl…she actually believed this madman loved her. I can only wish her the best in her journey to complete healing. (I think it was a blessing in disguise that she didn’t end up with this white trash.)
Meanwhile, the madman’s wife should divorce him pronto. It’s not healthy to live with a mentally disturbed man who’s deceptive and unfaithful.

What happened here should be a wake-up call for all the financially challenged Filipino women out there, who wish to have a better life by signing up in dating sites with high hopes of meeting their knights in shining armor from the West just to escape poverty.
While I don’t judge these women, I feel extremely sad about this “trend.”
BTW, I forgot to mention this: This British madman even had the gall to think of himself as a “golden goose” when in fact he’s such a cheapskate (you’re no Mr. Darcy for goodness sake)!
Shame on you, Timothy Cumper! The Queen would have not been proud.
